Table Definition

Description: This table is used to track when a PatientCareProgram record is moved from active to inactive status, or vice-versa.

PracticeID INTEGER ?   MANDATORY FK - from PatientCareProgram table
PatientID INTEGER ?   MANDATORY FK - from PatientCareProgram table
ProgramType CHAR(12) Set_To_Empty_String   MANDATORY FK - from PatientCareProgram table. The type of Care Program that current Patient is participating in. Defined by lookupType PatientCareProgram.
HistoryCount INTEGER 0   MANDATORY Programmatically set to the next sequential number that represents the next history that occurred for the PatientCareProgram.
RecordStatus CHARACTER(1) Set_To_Empty_String   OPTIONAL Indicates if PatientCareProgram was previously set to active or not. Possible values: (A)ctive, (I)nactive.
TimeStamp CHARACTER(14)   OPTIONAL System generated date/time stamp record was last written.
LastUser INTEGER ?   OPTIONAL User ID of user that last wrote the record.
CreateStamp CHARACTER(14)   OPTIONAL System generated date/time stamp record was created.
CreateUser INTEGER ?   OPTIONAL User ID of user that created the record.
CreateStampUTC DATETIME-TZ   OPTIONAL This is a denormalized field based off the CreateStamp. This field contains the Date, Time and timezone offset.
TimeStampUTC DATETIME-TZ   OPTIONAL This is a denormalized field based off the TimeStamp. This field contains the Date, Time and timezone offset.
